Bliss Hue Café was built in Roxas City, Philippines with one goal: craft signature frappes so good they could change the mood of anyone who walked through our door. We started small — one location, one menu, and an obsession with getting every cup just right.
Today we're proud to serve Roxas City from 4 branches, with over 11,000 fans on Facebook who trust us to deliver that same smile with every sip. We haven't changed — we've just grown bigger in our ability to spread the bliss.
